Stadiums for athletes

Pointing out the room stamps for the two athletics stadiums in Green point and the project is still on tender state I had to specify each and every door, floor finish, wall finish and the room numbers.

With the supervision of a colleague I had to prepare door,window,shop fronts and gate numbers and the project state is still in progress with three floors and submit council drawings and the client is the Provincial Government Western Cape .

where I started

This is one of my first projects @ Jakupa -House Jacobs is currently on hold for Mr Khalied Jacobs all I had to do was measuring up and drawings/graphics required for thefive room house and two garages,with the help of a colleague(intern), We measure up the floors, heights and boundaries of the house and I prepared set of AUTOCAD dawings for the existing house.

House Abdullah is in swellendam all I had to do was to do corrections to drawings already prepared by others for a new house and with the supervision of my boss, I have made the corrections and the colouring up of the drawings for the council and what I find more difficult is the submissions of these drawings as I had to call courier company in order for me to be able to submit as this house is situated in swellendam so each everytime I need to do more amendments I have to call the council people and sometimes they wont even ansa their phones and this now makes the process of the submission more slower.

This is one of Projects that were on hold and I had to make some corrections as they were drawn by an intern that working there the previous year, with the help of my colleague, I had made some corrections  preparing the drawings to be ready for council submissions and that includes the colouring up of the drawings and this was design a new granny flat addition to a old house.

MY INVOLVEMENT IN THE COMPANIES ADMIN

Is to make it a point that Jakupa is regitered to each and every company that I have applied for by following up the application that I have made or update the Jakupa registration to that particular company  what Inormally do is applying for Jakupa Architects and Urban Designers to be registered to other companies database.

This project was for Mr Chocky Moodley of Peninsula Drums and my job description required me to  champion the project  what I did with the help of a colleague, I measured up the floors of four factories as well as all the machines on the floor and prepared a set of CAD layouts which were coloured up on Photoshop and issued to the client for use asa agraphic in his factories and the status of the project was completed within a period of four days.
